libglom-1.30-dev software package provides Glom library (a database designer and user interface) - header files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglom-1.30-dev
libglom-1.30-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglom-1.30-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglom-1.30-dev *
You will get with libglom-1.30-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
